Happy Halloween!

Our day started with Halloween fun at Lucy's school.  Daddy put together a game for the class, so it was extra special for Lucy to have him be part of her day.  Little sister LOVED being a part of everything.  Grandma and Papaw M. and Grandpa and Grandma C. came over for evening Trick-or-treating, we started with our annual parade and then Daddy and Papaw took them out until they were almost frozen.  Violet did not want to come in, but she was okay with it once she realized she got to sit at the table and eat candy.  Our little monkey Ray was as cute as could be and hopefully will give us a real treat and sleep through the night!  Hope you all had a Happy Halloween!

Sweater

Our good friends came by last week to meet Ray, check out the sweater Katrina made Ray!  You read that right, she made this sweater, it is so soft and adorable and look how handsome our little man is in it!

Great Great Grandma

Great Great Grandma came to meet Ray yesterday!  Yes, that is Grandma C.'s Grandma, how awesome is that!  Ray was his usual smiling self!  We love you!

Daddy Date Night

It was Daddy date night last Thursday at Lucy's school!  Lucy made Daddy a special tie to wear and at school they read a story she wrote about him with it ending saying, "My dad is special because he is my best friend."  Doesn't get any better than that.

Buff Baby

Check out our big man Ray doing his workout this morning with his new rattle... I have never laughed so hard at a gift, now he looks like Daddy even more!  Thanks Tre, Ang, Isaiah and Jonas, love it!

carving pumpkins

Lucy could not wait to carve a pumpkin this year, Violet on the other hand screamed when she saw the inside of it.  Guess it won't take much to scare her this year!

Pumpkin patch

Today we went to the pumpkin patch with Grandpa and Grandma C.!  There is so much to do at this pumpkin patch, the kids love it so much.  The hay stack and pony rides were a big hit, but feeding the animals didn't go over so well when the donkey bit Violet!  Lucy brought home the biggest pumpkin she could carry, Violet wanted a green one, Ray got the smallest pumpkin, Daddy got the biggest and Grandpa C. tried to keep up with Shawn (see pictures, LOL.) 

Halloween Chandelier

Check out our craft today...a Halloween Chandelier!  Violet seems to think it also needs a spooky booger! LOL Hope you are all getting ready for trick-or-treating!  BOO!

Ray's baptism

Today was Ray's baptism, it was amazing.  Thank you God for my beautiful family.

2 months

Ray turned 2 months yesterday, weighing in a 13.2 pounds and 24 1/4 inches, he is growing growing!!  Is it true that I have not blogged in a month?  WOW, sorry about that.  Ray is the best baby, we are soaking up every second with him...and the other seconds we are trying to get some sleep! HA!  Girls are doing great, will try to post pics of them soon.
