Today was Violet's mermaid/Dora party, she had so much fun!

Buni arrives!

Buni arrived yesterday for a fun weekend to celebrate Violet's birthday!

HGTV + Nesting =

As most of you know, I am a project girl.  Well...now you add HGTV, a nesting pregnant woman and poof here is the result...my new mud room!  I even have a hot painting assistant!  :))  So, the black wall on the right in the picture got magnetic paint first and then chalk board paint!  The blue walls were a bonus, it is nice to have them all freshly painted before baby arrives.  I am actually excited for the school year to start, this wall will be so fun to put up Lucy's work and keep her school calendar on.  I am sure the chalk will be fun too.  Happy projecting!

TWO!

Violet is 2 today!  We started the day with a new bike and cake, so she is a happy two year old.  I can hardly believe two years has gone by, it has been so much fun.  Violet has such a different personality from Lucy, she is very independent and determined, yet she is our cuddle bug.  She is 36" and 31 pounds today, so we know she is growing and healthy.  We love you our sweet Violet, Happy Birthday!

Today is my 37th birthday!  I have had an amazing day with my family, I am so blessed.  Love to all and thank you for all the wishes and thoughts today.

4th of July

Hope everyone had a happy 4th of July!  We had a lunch BBQ with Grandpa and Grandma C., it was so nice.
