I had to post this picture the second my sister sent it to me. So many of you ask about her and the four J's....here they are! Jonas is graduating from school today, he will be a big Junior High guy next year and turns 12 in November! Jack is in red, he will be 10 in December. Joey will be six in November and Jana our princess with the missing teeth is turning 8 in July! So, the cute thing about this picture is that when Lucy saw it, she said, "I see Joey, Jana and Jack, but who is the boy in the back?" LOL
We miss you cousins and hope your last day of school is great!

One fish, two fish...
Here she is, the worlds greatest 4 year old fisherman! I thought it would just be an adventure to take Lucy down to our pond for some "fishing." Daddy and Violet were having some play time, so Lucy and I wondered off with her pole, a few worms we dug up, a glove(thank goodness) and a bucket. To my surprise, the girls bobber went under almost the second we put the line out every time. I did the casting, but then gave the pole to Lucy for full control and the sweet girl reeled in TWO fish. I was shocked after number one when she put on her glove and grabbed a hold of the little guy so I could get the hook out. A few worms later she reeled in number two and demanded we put it in the bucket to take home for Daddy and Violet to see. It was kind of a blessing, because the hook was a little farther down on this one, so we filled the bucket with water and home we raced. Violet was thrilled and just wanted to touch him, so on with the glove and the poor little guy was not left alone. Our neighbor boys took him back to the pond to grow up and we washed hands. Guess I was right, it was an adventure, just a little unexpected, I was fully prepared to explain to Lucy how fish don't always bite...not the case today. Anyone with kiddos, head to our pond, you will pull them in left and right, it is hilarious!
