Lucy's TWO!

Hi All! Sorry this post took me so long, we had a crazy fun filled weekend with two birthday celebrations and our visit with cousins, Aunt Julie, Uncle John and Grandma Buni. Aunt Julie's surprise birthday party(running theme) was the kickoff of the weekend. Julie was so surprised, hard to believe that girl is 37! Our house was instantly filled to the brim, we had every bedroom filled with five kids and five adults, it was awesome...Lucy was so excited. Saturday my sweet girl turned TWO and her party was at a park where despite the windy weather, it was fun for the kids. Lucy especially loved her Dora cake, she is OBSESSED with Dora and Diego currently. Mommy and Daddy loved that we dressed her as Dora and her cousin Joey came as Diego(see picture below.) We ended the weekend with a BBQ at home just enjoying family time, it was perfect. Kisses to our Boston family, we are missing you already and thank you for making the trip, it was so special to all of us that you were here.

Bub's

Today Lucy and I walked the Monon Trail to a special breakfast at Bub's Cafe...it was so fun, we even dipped our strawberries in syrup, YUM!!

For Lucy's special fun today she got to play in Andrew and John's new treehouse. Check out these pictures, this thing is AMAZING, and my cousin built this HIMSELF! Yeah, he might have missed his calling, it is incredible, even I was excited to play.

Lucy's Birthday Week!

It's Lucy's Birthday Week! That's right, in this family, we celebrate an entire week, so fun! I can hardly believe my girl is TWO this week!

Bonge's

We adventured to Perkinsville last night for some tailgating and pork! Once again the road trip to Bonge's is soooo worth it. Between everyone in the picture we have 8 children...so all the mommy's and daddy's enjoyed the night out(off)!

Coloring Easter Eggs

Well gang, we are ready for the big Bunny to arrive tomorrow...thank goodness he is not really showing up at our house, since Lucy said, "No Bunny, No Bunny" when she saw him in the mall. Easter egg coloring was awesome. Lucy mostly liked to plop the eggs into the color and then she got silly and put them all in the Easter grass Mommy grew and said, "where go."
