Girl Scout OCD

Well, they have arrived, and now Girl Scout cookie OCD will start. That's right, OCD. I explained to my husband this morning that I cannot leave a row or a log with only a few left. For example, this morning I happened to look in the box of Tagalongs to find a row with only three cookies left and suddenly felt compelled to empty the row before my morning could continue. So I am now trying to pass my love for Girl Scout cookies to my daughter and as you can see, she was happy to help me finish a log of Thin Mints yesterday. Hope you are all enjoying a box now and happy March weight gain to all!

PURPLE!

Call me crazy, I decided to sew the crib skirt, a quilt and a rocking chair pillow for baby girl #2! So, I thought I would post pictures since some of you are asking to see how things turned out. It's a good thing you can't see the stitching up close, I am certainly no professional, but it was tons of fun trying and I am happy with everything. I am also posting a picture of her room light, it is so fun, thanks for the install Grandpa C.! Oh yeah, in case you cannot tell from the pictures...we are going PURPLE decor for this one!

123...

Okay, I have to brag... We were all riding in the car today and out of no where Lucy counts, "1 2 3 4 5!" Of course Shawn and I were clapping and cheering as if she had just won an Oscar. Thank goodness Shawn was with me to witness, otherwise you might not believe my 21 month counted to five on her own! She usually misses the three or just does her even numbers. We are so proud, yeah Lucy!
